In operationalizing this concept, iTMA has developed a simple framework and approach to map enterprise-wide capabilities for managing talent, identify key stakeholder players who require those capabilities, and program their specific talent management capability needs, based on the role that each stakeholder segment is expected to play in the collaborative drive to deliver the broader talent agenda.
